Return & Refund Policy

Return Period:

You can return items within 3 days of delivery. After that, returns won’t be accepted.

Return Charges:
A ₹95 return fee applies. The rest of your money will be refunded to your account.

Eligible Items:

  • Must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous or flammable products

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health/personal care items

Partial Refunds:
If an item is used, damaged, or missing parts, a partial refund may be given.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received, we’ll email you about approval.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts:

  • Gift items: you’ll get a gift credit for your return.

  • If the gift was sent to the purchaser, the refund goes to them.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • For expensive items (₹4000+), use trackable shipping.
